In just your first class, you’ll swing and learn multiple acrobatic skills in a safety harness (including a backflip in the air!), you’ll get caught by one of our professional catchers, and you’ll land in our comfy safety net. We meet each student at their individual comfort level and everyone gets to progress at their own pace.
