All flying trapeze classes, Frequent Flyer Punch Cards, and/or group bookings* are final sale.
If you need to reschedule your class to another day, please email or call us. No rescheduling within 48 hours.
If a class gets canceled due to low class registration, we will let you know at least 24 hours ahead of time and will work with you to rebook you in another class.
As you probably know, Colorado’s weather is notoriously fickle and at times unpredictable. As always, the safety and well-being of our students are our #1 priority, and we may choose to cancel or reschedule a class due to adverse weather conditions (rain, wind, lightning, heat… snow!...).
We do our best to give at least 24 hours’ notice for class cancelations, but the weather may shift on us at the last minute. In that case, we appreciate your patience while we decide whether or not to cancel a class.
IF WE PAUSE/CANCEL A REGULAR CLASS:
Full refund or full credit toward another class if we run less than 1 hour of class time.
50% refund or 50% credit toward another class if we run between 1 hour and 1.5 hours of class time.
No refund if we run at least 1.5 hours of class time.
FOR GROUP BOOKINGS*:
If we need to pause/cancel a group session:
We will offer to rebook the session to another date and time at no extra cost (valid only when more than 50% of the scheduled session time was paused/canceled).
You can also choose to be refunded for the time during which the activity was paused/canceled, minus a $70/hour overhead fee.
The above policies don't apply to group bookings that span multiple days. In that case, we will make up for lost time over the course of the multi-day booking.
*Group bookings include any and all private groups (including summer camp groups) that book a private group session at Fly Mile High.
