What to expect and how does it work?
Fly Mile High is a THRILLING new workout experience.​
Our flying trapeze classes are open to all, regardless of fitness level or athletic background, no prior experience is needed. At the end of a class, you’ll come away feeling:

How does it work?
01
Arrive 15-20 minutes before class.
This gives you time to sign in, drop your bag, and get ready for what's to come!

Meet your instructors and your FLY team.
You’ll be part of a group of up to 10 students per class, and instant friendships are often formed during class! Our coaches will welcome you into the space and get you ready to fly. They meet each student at their individual comfort level. As we get to know you, we help you discover trapeze and progress at your ideal pace.

Warm up and briefing.
During first 15 minutes, we’ll brief you on the fun acrobatic skills you’ll be learning, equip you with a safety belt, do a warm-up round on the ground, and get you ready to climb the ladder up to the take-off platform.

TIME TO FLY !
This is a workout experience like no other. Students are often amazed at what they can accomplish in just one session. As you return for more classes, you learn and master increasingly complex acrobatic tricks and skills. Adults and kids alike can't get enough of this unique feeling of flying.
What to wear
Comfortable, form-fitting athletic clothes, socks, and NO jewelry.
